Just write it's name and publisher/author down and phone to
Vine & Fig Tree Books, and by the time you have your money,
your book will be ready for you to collect. The free parking isperfect, and across the street is a Government Office with courtesy
phone and public facilities.
This is great! Often, whilst travelling, for instance, I will see a book in another store, but do not want to pack more items into my suitcase for a return journey. I jot down the name or ISBN number, and when back in Vancouver, phone Vine & Fig Tree Books to order that book. (Or email, etc.) They will phone me when it's ready, and then, I not only have my new read, but am grateful for private booksellers. Ah, the difference between Price, and Value!
